“Highly recommend this location for pediatric lab draws! My 8 year old had never had their blood drawn before and the phlebotomist was patient, kind, and very skilled with the needle poke! It went WAY better than I was expecting! Everything else about the visit was great too: the check-in was easy, the staff were professional and courteous, and our visit was very efficient.”

“I’ve been using these guys for 6 years now, and never had a problem. Always professional and friendly. I see a lot of the complaints are because they don’t use doctors most of the time, and I want people to realize doctors cost a lot more than nurses. Prices are decent because they have lower qualified, not unqualified, people doing simple jobs. Image if they had a cardiologist doing urine tests. That’d be the most expensive pee in a cup on the planet. I saw another complaint about a guy that couldn’t pee and got out as a refusal. That’s just the law. Once you get sent for a test, if you can’t complete it and leave, that’s a refusal.”

“I was skeptical about coming to this lab based on previous reviews. There was only person working working. She managed the front check in as well as the lab draw. Adele had a great attitude. I had made an appointment and arrived early .I was out before my scheduled appointment time.”
“After reading the other reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive, BUT the staff was extremely helpful and informative. The front desk Clerk - Candice was pleasant. The lab technicians(Mrs. Edna and Ms. Shaquana) were very knowledgeable and skillful experts. The NP’s were awesome and experts concerning sleep disorders. She/they pretty much walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. They kept me informed about everything from copays to having to sleep a second night and the second copay. They even accommodated me when I requested to have a bathroom in my room for my first study. If you run into problems, call and they will go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns. I would recommend this lab for a sleep study.”
