“These guys are great. I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago and they were very straight forward with everything. The vehicle is in great shape. I ran into an issue with the battery though 2 months later so I called them then brought it to them and they got right on it. The vehicle came with a warranty but the battery itself wasn't a part of it. They took care of it though with no issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, reliable and professional automotive center. Apparently now they also offer car audio equipment as well as rims and name brand suspension parts such as Rough Country which is great in itself. I went there for my Ford Edge to get fixed but I found myself interested in suspension parts for my Nissan Xterra now. There prices also seem reasonable.”

“Was passing through town traveling to west Tennessee when my car hauler trailer had a blowout. Down to my last spare, I did not want to risk another blowout. So I unloaded my 4x4 and decided to drive it to my destination. Being that all the tires were aired down and not road ready, I pulled in to Carters to see about getting the tires aired up. Jonathan stopped what he was doing and came outside in the heat and helped me get my rig road ready, no questions asked. It was such a relief to be able to stop and get such excellent customer service, especially when traveling with my family. Thank you for everything.”

“I was in the market for a Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid with some accessories for my daughter.We explored Huntsville, AL, and noticed that the prices offered here were very high, along with a ridiculously high markup fee.On my friend’s advice, we visited Landers McLarty Toyota in Fayetteville, TN.Even though it was 47 minutes away, it was the best 47-minute drive we’ve taken.I spoke with Doc, our salesperson, and custom-ordered the car exactly as my daughter and I wanted it, and put down a deposit.We waited almost four months before the car arrived at the dealership.To our surprise, the car came with additional options that we did not request.Doc apologized for the mix-up by Toyota Manufacturing.However, in addition to the added costs for those unwanted options, the MSRP also increased by $500.Doc apologized repeatedly and worked with us to arrive at a reasonable price.We drove away happily in the new car and were glad that Doc was our salesperson.Doc was very professional, friendly, and courteous.Most importantly, he kept his word, which is a quality that I greatly admired in him.I was extremely pleased to have worked with Doc.”
