I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy over the past year on several different claims. After the tornadoes in Middle Tennessee our phones have all been blowing up. I have been on several different adjuster meetings with several clients. I have seen Jeremy personally come out and stand for doing the right thing for his clients even when other parties involved do not agree. I just got a phone call and was so impressed when I heard he and his wife were loading up tools to go clean his client's bathroom because of her allergies and illness. I am writing this review, not because I was asked or was he looking for any kind of recognition. This is something from a consumer standpoint that any potential client should know. Its not all about the best rates or cheapest coverage. I genuinely believe Jeremy and his wife want to be good people and do what they can to help people. Kudos to the Jennifer Bourne State Farm Agency.”

“Ashley is a god sent! I had the worst experience with someone from the call center who is evidently from Florida that did nothing but cause me problems in regards to our home owner's policy. I called this morning and she was so helpful and understanding. I caught them as soon as they got in today and she was extremely happy to help, i asked to make sure she would be in charge of my policy from now on and it looks like we will be able to do that! Everything has been worked out and i have a way better agent now! I can't wait to work with her in the future. I have been with AAA since 2015 an left in 2022 since our new house needed to have a new roof installed and as soon as we did that we switched back to AAA but we were having a terrible experience. So happy i chose to call the local branch instead of customer service! Happy customer”
