“I always went to O'Reilly's on the west coast, and I do the same here on the east coast. They guys and gals I've worked with there have been extremely helpful. They never try to give anyone the bum's rush just because a line is forming. They do what it takes to help each customer, and that really shines in a world where customer service is going the way of the dinosaur.I needed a part that was hard to come by, and the gentleman helping me at the register went out of his way to go looking around in the back storage area, and he found what I was looking for even though we couldn't find it anywhere on the shelves. That was awesome!!!”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”

“We have taken our camper here twice so far for wheel bearing packing. The second time they replaced our broken break line and switched out the tow chains for us because our got all rusty. Not only are they awesome guys, they are awesome at what they do! Top notch service and they are super fast too boot!! I won’t trust anyone with our wheel maintenance ever again! Seriously these guys have our business forever! If there was a way to rate them 10 stars I would!!We used to pay the dealership $300+ to get the wheel bearings done, these guys are under $200. They are fair and fast! Both are wins in my book!!”

“So, I had my 22 Volvo detailed at Dent Worx today. While it was not cheap, I was amazed at the quality of work. Far more than I expected. Car looked like it was in the showroom.
