Dr. Louthan is hands down, the best eye doctor around. He clearly cares for his patients and takes his time with each one of them. I have never felt rushed and each year I go I know I will receive a thorough eye exam. I can’t say enough about how great my care has been with Halls Vision Clinic. Highly recommend!

Dr. Louthan is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has been in practice for 15 years. He is a member of the American and Tennessee Optometric Association. Dr. Louthan interned in pediatrics and vision therapy with Dr. Glen Steel in Memphis. He also interned in ocular pathology at the Baptist Eye Institute in Knoxville. Dr. Louthan also provides services in contact lens evaluation and fitting bifocal contact lenses - a skill for which he received an award in optometry school. Dr. Reach received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He then received his doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.
