“I went in not sure what exactly I was looking for, wanting to replace cigarettes with a vape. The man I spoke to was apparently the owner, did not catch his name unfortunately. He was extremely helpful, also shared some of his personal information as to why he stopped smoking cigarettes, so I felt he understood. The things I had googled and thought I was looking for he did not have, but I really didn't know what I was looking for lol, he found me a non disposable vape and juice that is working great for me plus gave me an excellent deal. I highly recommend this place, the owner is very knowledgeable, the place was clean and did have a lot of different products. Thank you for your excellent customer service!! Update, went back in today to talk about different vape salts and products, spoke with the owners daughter, sorry forgot her name but she was also very informative awesome customer service as well, bought a new vape was given a great deal, so again thank you, will be back, and prayers for your fur baby ?❤️”

“Easy in and out usually have what you're looking for. More than just a vape shop with CBD, Deltas, kratom.I've read the other complaints and have to add more to this. I know my review will show at the top because of my guide level.The staff there has always been friendly and willing to help. As far as some employees acting in certain ways, there's more going on in life than their vape store jobs. So take that into consideration, most employees at any retail job aren't overtly friendly.I can agree that if the sign says open at 10 then the door should be unlocked and opened. However they have processing labs in the back and it would make sense to lock the door if they have to do something that's needed for the shelves.This it a small family owned business not a retail chain so having lots of employees standing around isn't practical. As far as products if they sell you the wrong thing swapping out isn't a issue. Malfunctioning device mods is out of their control since they do not create their own line of mods. The equivalent would be going to Walmart buying a drill, take it home and it does not work, leaving Walmart a negative review because the Black & Decker company didn't do a good job producing it. However even with that being said, in my times of having a malfunctioning device they still helped to fix it or offered a discount towards a new one.If you are considering becoming new customer there, I think you'll be happy with their service. My review is my opinion, I'm not an employee, never been, nor a family member of the owner. I'm a customer period.”
