“I finally found a great Vape store with awesome customer service and great prices! Mountain Oak Vapors of Knoxville off Lovell road next to Weigel’s! The owner Nathan is so friendly and always makes me feel welcome! I had the pleasure of meeting Mike on my last experience and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly!! Make the trip to Mountain Oak Vapors of Knoxville for your next vaping experience!!”
“BELIEVE THE HYPE ON MAX!! He is the sweetest person i have ever met. I keep trying to tip this man whenever i am there but he hits the no tip button before i get to it and goes “And Don’t bother with that tip i get paid to work here” Who does that? No one but Max . I pray walking in that he is there, no hate to the rest of the crew they are all equally nice and helpful but buddy MAX. ABOVE AND BEYOND. He needs his own store immediately. I hope you all are promoting him, making him the face of the brand. SOMETHING. He deserves everything.”
“I've been going to this store for a few months now and I have always had great people take care of me. Bri recommended a new vape and I was very satisfied with it. Sam and Dave were quick to ask what I needed right after I walked in.”
“Jacob at the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to help me select the correct replacement parts for my vape. Will definitely be coming by for any other needs!”
“This place hands down best in town it's the only vape stop for myself anymore I've purchased multiple drag mods there and all my juices and coils come from these guys ..they offer patient and honest advice as well as a good quality product I'm omw now smokey mt see you in a few”
“I love this store so much, the workers are amazing, the prices change but stay at a good and level price. There’s no place better to go than here!!!!!!! We love vaporfix”
“I've been coming here for a few months now. Everyone I've interacted with there has been very knowledgeable and chill people. Vape supplies, Dungeons & Dragons stuff and a 3d printer for minis, and an added bonus of being car guys. You can also rent game tables if you're in need of space to run a game session. Customer service has been nothing short of awesome every time I've stopped by.”

“I had a great experience here thanks to TY. She helped me figure out what i needed after many attempts and the desire to give up on CBD USA. i purchased many products (all vapes) but 95% of them failed me. Apparently i am just unlucky. But i moved on to edibles thanks to Ty and i am very grateful she made the recommendations that she did. she is very knowledgeable and definitely an asset to this business. Thanks girl. :)”

“Best products, best prices, best customer service. I have been going here for about a year. I’ve tried out other shops across town and no one even comes close to the price point for the quality you get.”
“Great pleace to sit and chat with the employees and grab a beer. They have a great selection of beers and flower. They have a another place called the pirate tavern that has liquor and is a completely different vibe that's more energetic. But if you juat like to chill then this is the place.”
“I don't vape, but I do visit their other section of the store for flower. Best place in Knoxville, best prices in Knoxville. I've been around several places, and over-all for both price and quality, this place takes the cake.
Highly encourage everyone to see them.”
“If you can't find what you're looking for in this place then you really need to go back to school and become a glass blower. They have an amazing selection and are very kind. They also offer amazing prices if you're willing to talk to them and haggle a little bit.”

“This has been a longstanding favorite Knoxville business of mine. The selection is always unmatched and the staff's attention to detail and vast array of knowledge is just a few of the reasons this is Knoxville's best. They may not be able to compete with online competition's prices (who can?), but what's a few extra dollars to keep an iconic Knoxville small business afloat? Best Shop In Town! You also can't beat the feeling of walking in to a store and they treat you like friends and family. That's what you get here!”

“This location is less than a mile from where I stay a couple days a week, so convenience got me in the door. What kept me happy was everything after that.
I walked in ready to throw my disposable vapes out the window, again, because none of them deliver a genuinely strong menthol. I needed a real device and real juice. The employee recommended the device he was personally using, and it clearly had been used a lot. Obvious wear on it, which is honestly the best endorsement a product can get. It was also one of the cheaper options on the wall. A lot of shops will steer you toward the expensive hardware whether you need it or not. He did not. I ended up buying the pricier version anyway, purely for double the battery life, but that was my call and not a sales push.
The real win was the juice. I have not found a menthol in ages that actually punches you in the mouth. They had one. It put a literal tear in my eye and I could not have been happier about it.
Five stars. I did not expect to walk in and leave completely satisfied with a purchase. But I did.”
