“This is my place to go to for parts other than the internet. Great people who are there to help you. Did you know you can borrow tools from there. I did not know they had such a big assortment. They install windshield wipers and do code readings for free. I have been to advance auto up town. They never seem to have anything I need. Not to friendly. My opinion.”

“I called the shop when they opened. Told them I needed an estimate on a minor fix on my personal vehicle and that it would not be an insurance claim. The owner said bring it by we will see what we can do to get you fixed up. I told them it would have to be later due to current circumstances and he said he understood. Later in the day I made it by there. Introduced myself he remembered the call. Took a look at my issue and was able to give me a ballpark right there on the spot for my issue. Some issues maybe different. Cant say for sure he could do that for all issues but with my issue that was the case.Curtious , professional and helped as much as he could at the time. Was not condescending and was down to earth. I did feel as though my issue had his full attention at the time and he also give advice that I felt was more trying to take care of me as a customer then just thinking of himself. I always like to deal with locally owned businesses vs corporate owned just for this reason and Shockley did not disappoint.Will do business again. 10/10”

“I went in to get a few bulbs changed, and found I had a tail light assembly full of water from the recent rain. They offered suggestions for how to mitigate it, as well as opened it, drained it, and changed the bulbs for me. The other side needed a blinker bulb as well, and after I left, the indicator showed it still faulty. When I went back that day they took it out, checked the bulb, and then helped me find that a loose terminal connection was the issue, which they also offered solutions for me to do myself to fix it. Super bunch of guys willing to help a gal out.The only reason I didn't give five stars, is this store seems understaffed so the wait is occasionally long, and hit or miss on if they have techs that day that can do the lube side. I'll keep coming back though because of how nice the techs they do have are.”
“He stopped what he was doing to do to help me. It was popping something back in that I couldn't. Wouldn't take any money. Thankfully there are still good people .”
