“I dropped my car off in the morning for an AC system diagnosis. Terry called me less than hour after I dropped my car off to let me know my compressor had failed (makes sense the car is more than 10 years old). He gave me a reasonable quote and said he would have it done later in the afternoon. Not even four hours later I got a call saying it was done and to come pick it up. I paid for a new compressor and my AC has been blowing ice cold ever since. Super thankful for the quick and honest work. Will be taking our cars here in the future!”

“I was expecting a $600 power steering pump high pressure line problem but they said it was a little 2in hose they changed and only charged me $70. I definitely recommend this mechanic, they are Sooo honest with the customers it's nice to have a mechanic like that. He could have charged me $600 and I wouldn't have known it was just the hose. “When I say I’m picky, I don’t mean it lightly — and Carlton passed every test. I found a truck online and reached out to him. He responded quickly, answered every question, and even FaceTimed me multiple times so I could see every detail. He went above and beyond by arranging delivery to me, three hours away.
I’m not someone who buys a vehicle without driving it first, but he made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. After delivery, we had a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the truck, but Carlton handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and a true commitment to making sure I was happy. He genuinely made this the best buying experience I’ve ever had.
My only reason for leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the finance manager, who was pushy and unprofessional — to the point we almost backed out. But Carlton himself was exceptional.”
