“This is the first time I have taken my vehicle to Mashburn's. My whole front fender needed to be repaired. I took it to them and got my estimate and what they would have to do. I was expecting for it to be there about a week (timeframe I received) but they had it finished in a couple days. I was informed from drop off to pick up how things were going!! It does look like new!! I didn't think it would ever look this good!! I was wrong! They have earned my trust and business from here on out!! Mashburn's Collision is NUMBER ONE in doing car repairs and knowing what they are doing!!! I also loved how they washed and detailed my car before returning it to me!! It looked better than new!! “Our first time at this mechanic shop I read the reviews and talked to several people sounded like it would be an OK place totally was a good experience. My muffler weld had broken loose they repaired it. They could’ve told me I needed a whole new muffler system and I wouldn’t have known any different so I believe them to be very honest. My husband looked at the work underneath. It looks like a really good job so super super happy with them would recommend them for sure. And bill was very reasonable ?”

“Russ and Darryl were great to us and treated us greatly.I recommend them to anyone.Darryl and Russ are very nice.They were easy to deal with and gave us a great vehicle to use temporarily until we bought another truck.Nice vehicles and a 200 mile a day limit is what we were given.We rented a Nissan Altima , then when the Dodge ram with him he came in we traded the Nissan for the Dodge hemi and drove it for a while until we get our new truck.They also sell cars here and have great deals for the public.Very nice people and very easy to deal with.”

“I had my thermostat and housing changed. They told me up front how much labor would cost & they told me I could get the parts or they would & they wouldn't charge me extra for getting the parts. I brought a thermostat I had already purchased a few mths ago with me. I knew that you could get the thermostat and housing together & they gave me back the thermostat because they came together instead of keeping it plus they told me how long it would take to do it so I dropped my explorer off. They were finished rt on time also instead of my vehicle sitting there all day. These guys are honest and didn't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman unlike many shops do. They have my business in the future as well. If you are looking for a mechanic that's honest and works hard, this is the place you are looking for.”

“My experience with Heritage Automotive Center began with a move to Lawrenceburg and a need for a highly-reliable and fuel-efficient car. A local search online led me to them. After browsing their website, I found a vehicle that fit my needs and submitted a request on it. A gentleman named Chip called and left a message within 24 hours of my request.I got busy, on to the next most important thing; like we all do and forgot about it. That following weekend, I set time aside to create the solution I needed. I decided to follow-up with Heritage after a failed phone conversation with another dealer in Columbia. I should have just went to Heritage to begin with or called Chip back earlier.Anyway, I pulled in at around 1pm on a Saturday and they had me out of there by 3:30pm and on my way home.
