“if i could rate this location 10 stars i would without hesitation. i’ve had the pleasure of working with this team twice this year. my santa fe was a total loss, sadly. every time i have set foot in their office i am received with smiles and greetings, they really make you feel like a very important client despite the circumstances. when i went in for my santa fe i had no clue what i was to expect or what steps to even take; mira is extremely sweet and informative. she walked me through the processes for both cars from start to finish and answered all of my questions. i was kept updated throughout the repairs of both cars. both times i was given dates of when the cars would be completed and i was returned to my baby (highlander) sooner than expected. payment was a breeze for both times. the entire team here is nothing less than excellent and i am extremely grateful for them for repairing my vehicle, always making me feel welcomed, letting me steal their chocolates and most importantly making my daughter feel just as welcomed as i do. please, if you’re ever in need for repairs on your vehicle, COME TO THIS LOCATION!! thank you tony and team for all your work and support, you guys are the BEST!! if anything else happens to my car(s), i know exactly who to call. thank you guys so very much! 🥹”
