“I stupidly told my car to Budget Brakes, thinking it would be cheap. They gave me an estimate of more than $1750 for my brakes. I said No Way!! Took it to Jerry at Old Hickory Garage, who did the brakes etc for around $370!! What a difference!! I have been going to Jerry for 15 years, and will continue to do so!!! He's the best, so honest!!”
“We were traveling through town and one of our kiddos had diaper emergency. We pulled over to assist them and get things cleaned up. One of the mechanics came over and was super friendly, said they noticed we were traveling and noticed the full trunk. He brought us some waters and wished us a good trip. “I hardly ever go to mechanics that aren't apart of a dealership but I was having issues with my Jeep and didn't want to get charged an arm and a leg from Chrysler. Called in the day I was having issues (around 2pm) and they told me to come on in. Got there and Mike immediately got to work assessing the issue with my car and tried to gather what he could from my very limited knowledge of cars/what was wrong with my car. Told me the fix was going to be pricey if the problem was what he thinks it was. He then printed out a sheet of recalls on my jeep and told me to take it to Chrysler so they'd do all the work for free. Mike didn't charge me a dime even though he took the time to assess the problem, take a look at the jeep, and offered a solution. Next time I'm having car troubles I will certainly be back. These guys are good, honest mechanics.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would without any hesitation! My wife's car broke down while she was in Nashville with our 10 y/o son and didn't know what to do. We called them and they stated that they could get it looked at that day, without any issues. They inspected the car, found the issue and relayed ALL information to me up front. With it being later in the day, he advised that we could let the car sit overnight and allow my wife and son to go to hotel to get some rest. The next morning, he provided us with a quote for the service needing to be done. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, he was 100% understanding on us wanting to get the vehicle towed to our dealership and allowed us to use the location while a company came to pick our vehicle up and NEVER tried to push us for payment right away. Worked with us through the ENTIRE process. You don't find Auto Shops like that anymore. If ever broke down in Nashville, would 100% recommend them to complete your needs!”

They are fair, honest, and friendly, if you need work done on your car this is the only place you need to be coming to to get that work done. I came in to get some stuck lug nuts off, there were some issues, which I know is surprising but that cord for you, anyway silver lining is I found a great mechanic by accident.”

They've earned my business. I won't be going anywhere else.”
“My daughter’s car had a check engine come on right before having to drive back to Atlanta for school. I called David on Tuesday and explained the situation and the worry of a concerned dad envisioning my daughter stranded on the roadside.
They understood my angst, got her car in the shop early Tuesday morning and had all repairs completed promptly by Friday midday!
