“Delicious smoothies always a go to for my family and I. They always have amazing smoothies. Although they got our order wrong once we told them to substitute apple juice for milk and they didn't do it right and gave us milk instead of apple juice but they didn't make us pay for it and they remade our order. They never take long to make the smoothies and so everytime we come in there is never a line and we are sitting in the lobby waiting for our smoothies for about 2 minutes the staff is so kind every one on there menu is delicious. They also let you order online sometimes we are in a rush and so we have to order online and it makes our day so much better it is always delightful to have. In conclusion I would definitely recommend this place to all of you and I always will.?”

“The staff at the Ooltewah GNC was quite helpful. An item I needed, and used to buy regularly, was out of stock (actually it had been removed due to lack of shelf space), but they were able to order it from "the warehouse." I appreciated him going out of his way to make the sale and keep the customer happy, but the end result was disappointing. "The warehouse" was in South Dakota. It took four days for the warehouse to prep a bottle of Flax Seed Oil for shipment, and another four days for that package to travel the 1,000 miles to Ooltewah. I could have ordered it online from the GNC website and gotten it in three days!!! So, all-in-all, I rate the STORE 5 stars, but the WAREHOUSE 2 stars.....for a rounded-up average of 4 stars.”
