This hotel was in a great location. It was clean, staff was friendly , and you get free breakfast included with your stay! It is in the middle of all attractions. 10/10 you must stay here while visiting pigeon forge Tennessee!

What a great staff! And the hotel is well kept. The manager Sheri helped me surprise my best friend for his birthday. I'm so thankful for her!Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious! Great choices.

Room smelled of cat urine,so bad it would burn your eyes. The receptionist is very rude. The only good thing was breakfast. Pillows were awful. If I could have gotten a refund, I would leave. But I booked thru Vrbo. So, no refunds .
