“We recently bought a 2013 Lincoln MKS from 82 Auto. We live in Missouri so we had to travel to Tennessee to purchase the car. From the time we inquired about the car Abdula stayed in constant contact with us and answered all of our questions. We found him to be honest and an excellent communicator. The weekend that we were to pick it up Abdula contacted us to let us know that he put it on the machine and it said rack and pinion needed replaced. He replaced it so we picked it up the following weekend. What people need to realize is that when you purchase a used car it's not going to be perfect simply because it's not brand new. “I was looking for a very specific low mileage Jeep and I found it at Mikes. I’m 12+ hours away in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Kevin about the Jeep, explaining that because of the distance I want everything disclosed before I made the trip. We negotiated a price over the phone and I booked a flight. “My wife was pulled out in front of the speedway on Madison Street. It totaled her work vehicle. The vehicle she was in we had purchased from Ernie cook about five years ago and it was a GREAT commute car. No major work had to be done to it during that time except a battery change and occasionally tire changes. So being satisfied customers from before we went back to see what they had. Ernie's granddaughter was at the front desk and helped us with the test drive and once over. She was courteous and didn't try to lead or rush us. She was knowledgeable but let us "kick the tires" so to speak. We even left to have lunch and talk it over first. We checked out a few more places but returned to Ernie's for a final look over. We decided on the car and within no time we were on the road.”
