“If I could give ten stars I would. John and Ronnie fixed two problem that no one else in the area were willing to touch and they chased down two additional subsequent problems at no additional cost. I had even contacted the dealer and they couldn’t help with the problems— air-ride-leveling-shocks that had gone bad, and lighted speedometer needle thar had gone out on an older almost 200,000-mile SUV. Ronnie, the mechanic, and John the owner did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. I highly recommend TN Car Care Center because they are very skilled at what they do, they are kind and helpful, and they have integrity and honesty that exceeds all my expectations! The work was done several months ago and I’ve put a lot of miles on the car and the repairs are holding up really well. In the photo you can sew that the SUV is sitting level after 12 hours in the driveway! Great people! Great Work!”

I was able to use a rental car while my car was being worked on!! This is something I was very thankful for because getting off work isn’t an option right now where I work , due to staffing. “As I said as soon as my issue was resolved I would alter my previous post of 2 stars. J and L kept their word and accompanied my husband to Toyota Manchester where a very nice man named Mike Corrected the issue with the tire sensor and J and L payed to correct it. It took quite a bit of time to get the correction fixed on their behalf but they did end up keeping to their obligations. Thank you J and L we will return to you in the future.”
