“My vet referred me to Windmill Animal Hospital as no vet in my town had a certain type of equipment needed to remove a bad tooth for my cat. I cannot say enough about the people working at this clinic. Every step along the way was thoroughly explained and everyone was so patient and appeared to be genuinely caring about my cat's health, recovery and comfort. I was informed as soon as my cat's surgery was over with a full report of everything they found and all my options. The estimate provided for the surgery was within the range discussed. Dr Price was wonderful explaining everything in layman's terms when explaining what needed to be done before and after the surgery. She personally called me several days after the surgery to discuss test results with me and discuss follow up. She again was so patient and I never felt rushed (with her or any of her staff) My cat had to be referred again to another specialist and those procedures were all initiated by Dr Price and her staff. Instead of me having to call the specialist and try to explain, the specialist's office called me within hours ready to get me scheduled and already had all my info from Dr Price. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing the best medical care for their furbaby. In today's world, customer service often seems to be a thing of the past. But that is not the case at Windmill. All staff and Dr Price are the best at caring for their customers' and their pets' needs and making everyone feel they are the most important at that moment.”

“Had to take in my pup after vet hours last night because he would not stop vomiting and was not feeling himself. The staff and vet are very nice and communicative! There wasn’t a long wait when I went and I thought the service was great! He ended up having surgery because he had a foreign object stuck and they kept me updated. I hope I don’t have to ever take any of my dogs to the ER but if I do I would definitely go back. I don’t agree with a few of the low rated reviews that this business is just money hungry and not compassionate. I felt very comfortable having to keep my boy there overnight.”

“At first I took my fur baby Lucky in to Judge Ely cause another vet service refused to allow me in with my baby “due to the bs covid” since then the staff at Judge Ely has made my baby a lot better took a little bit of time cause fur babies can’t tell us what is wrong ( unfortunately ) but due to their caring and devotion to keep trying to figure out what is going on and not giving up Lucky is doing a whole lot better. I thought Lucky was dying but the staff at Judge Ely didn’t give up. I will always go to them and highly recommend them.They may be busy as all get out and don’t have time at that moment but if your willing to leave the fur baby they will see them when they get a free moment and will call you with a update. They are great.”
