I tried The Boss, a grilled cheese with BBQ brisket, and it was amazing! The trick was set up at the Texas Pinball Festival. Zoe, JD, and Tasha were friendly and quick, and I can't wait to try this food truck again!

Got the brisket grilled cheese, it was phenomenal. Great food! Everybody at Texas Pinball Festival needs to eat at this truck.
