“On taking a family to the airport Avis to pick up a rental after their car hit a deer at 5 am, they had to go to the Avis in town on I-40. The staff at the I-40 office was very helpful in getting a car 30 minutes before they closed and getting the family on their way.”

Avis was able to get me in to a newer model since the one I was in was not safe. Thank you Avis for helping me with a rental that was actually roadworthy. Was passing by the Airport Enterprise and Isaiah was he working made it a smooth exchange without any hassle. On top of that left my debit card behind and he went to check for me. “when my car broke down omw home from a cross country roadtrip, i was in such a panic about how i was going to get myself, dog n all my gear home w me in time. i called rental spot after rental spot n no one could help me out in the right now. when i spoke to Tawny tho, she found all the pieces i needed to put the puzzle together n made moves to help get me rolling. she n Matt were so professional n helped reassure me that i was doing the right thing—renting a car n leaving my own behind. i meant it when i said the service i was provided at this enterprise has been the BEST service i’ve ever experienced at a rental shop. thank you so much, both of you <3 n Matt! thank you for talking climbing w me while i waited; now get back up on that wall!!! :D”

“I have to say that the kind woman behind the counter at this location is extremely sharp. After nine days of not having a rental after a not at fault accident I was starting to get annoyed. As a single mom and business owner this was a huge hit in my daily responsibilities. With in 1 hour of calling this location she called the other parties insurance her self and had me out of there with and upgraded rental. 10 stars for that rental car super hero wish I remembered her name.
