Custom service is TERRIBLE. They never call you back. Takes forever to even get a part ordered. Very shady!

if I could rate this company minus 1000 I would do so. The fiberglass that was damaged during delivery in early November is still not fixed and I have 6 frozen spouts that have not been fixed. When I finally reach a person I am told they will call back and they do not. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Just came in to pick up some new filters for our hot tub. Great, quick service, in and out in less than 10 min. Helpful and friendly!
