Not worth the price !Bedding has disgusting stains, ceiling looks like it’s going to fall when it rains, phone doesn’t work and I wouldn’t dare get in the shower w/o shoes ! They will not refund your money.I will say the maintenance man did all he could to make things better.

The Budget Inn punches above its weight. We knew it wouldn't be fancy - but at least the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We needed a place to sleep for the night. It did the job well - and it was easy to walk around town from there.

For the price, and comfort of the bed, zero complaints. Shower had plenty of hot water!!
