“My bf made an appointment with Jeff to get a new phone and add me to his account. We had a terrific experience with Jeff and the whole staff. They were very accommodating and patient with us with our disabilities. It takes longer for us to move sometime. Jeff got me a flip phone but it's smartphone too. My bf got a new iPhone and Jeff made sure everything was setup. We were here for over two hours. We will have to come back later when we can get another ride since we ran out of time with our driver. We are so glad we got Jeff to assist us!!”
