“Saturday -Feb 10,2024. Just purchased shrimp boil Shrimp, potatoes,and corn. The shrimp is absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. Don't know the name of the young man who cooked shrimp. Way to go .”

“The Walmart Pharmacy in Beeville is wonderful. Of course the scripts are always on time and accurate but it’s the customer service that shines. The clerks, the techs are all very helpful and friendly. But it’s the pharmacist, Frank, who is absolutely stellar. This is not my regular pharmacy but through the years, I’ve visited this pharmacy usually after an ER visit or after having teeth pulled. I come from a small town and go to Beeville for “larger” medical things. Without fail, Frank has been incredibly kind. After hurricane Harvey, I was completely out of my asthma inhaler and he made sure I was taken care of. I had a couple of teeth pulled and sitting there waiting for my pain meds, very much in pain, Frank was caring and took care of my scripts quickly. Walmart is just a faceless company but Frank makes it feel like a hometown, local pharmacy.”

“Visiting Beeville for Thanksgiving and I decided to get a few items. Upon checkout, I forgot my giftcard and a staff looked for me at the parking lot to give it to me. Kuddos to all your hardworking and hospitable staff and shout out to your honest cashier Ashleigh B (158408).”

“I called the local store to suggest that they send some feedback upwards through management concerning their automated system of answering the phone...after discussing this issue with others who find it difficult to get the call transferred to a live associate.I finally told the "robot' that I needed a cashier.The call was transferred to an associate so I asked her if she could visually look for a product as being in stock. She said she was busy at the checkout at the front of the store so she transferred me to the manager on duty.The call was answered by a manager named Leslie.After describing the automated issue, she visually checked the merchandise in the area where it is usually located and replied that it was still out if stock. I told her that I had been waiting for the item for three weeks to be ordered and returned to stock. I had an image of the item on my phone so I gave her the UPC code. She found the listing for the item and immediately put it on order.I told her that I had recommended the product to others and I told them where to find it.I closed the call with commending her for her great customer assistance and great work ethic.Maybe if they get enough calls concerning the automated answering system, they will add one option in the menu to "Press Zero to be transferred to an associate"”
