“Josie and Ralph were so generous and kind to my Mother and myself.We had an issue with the skid plate on the bottom of our car not being properly secured, and on the outskirts of town, it began to drag and made horrible scraping noises.We pulled up to the shop, and Ralph said he was more than happy to help us. Him and his wife helped to remove the banged up skid guard; Ralph was kind enough to say for no charge.We are super blessed to get their help today!!”

“I took my car into Knowlton automotive because it just quit on me going down the highway. They had to tear down a good portion of the motor because the drive belt flew off and I I needed to replace a slow but manageable leak in my water pump. 900 dollars later I got my car back. I was so elated because I had been walking for two months and Iive at the highest point in big Spring so Being 60 with a previously broke hip (twice), I was hurting bad!. When I was walking to pick up and pay for the work, I was told that they were just finishing running a coolant check. I picked the car up and two days later (about) water started pouring out in the front of the car but you couldn't tell where it was coming from so I took it back thinking maybe it's a loose hose they sent out the guy working on it and he immediately found the leak with a mirror.They said that the radiator was separating. I never had any problem with my car until this issue and find it hard to believe my radiator which showed no previous problems, didn't develop a small leak And gradually get worse, It all the sudden developed a catastrophic leak. They told me that I could buy some time if I put stop leak but to me this is still catastrophic to me because I only work three days a week and can't afford another major job two days ay later. I may be wrong but I find it too hard to believe that my radiator all the sudden with no warnings died. Could it be that somehow it got damaged during the repair job?. “We broke down on the Interstate at the Snyder Exit. I drive a 02 Model Suburban, its a Sunday THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I called O'Reillys first, only to be told I'm outta luck they have to order. I'm now thinking OMG, I'm about to be in a hotel over night because I have a Mechanic but no part. So I Google the next place, I find NAPA! But I already know what I'm about to be told! The guy on the other end takes a look. And they just happen to have a radiator for my year model in store! Are you serious if that wasn't Devine intervention. So my dad drives all the way from Odessa the NAPA guy says he would have it saved and off we went to pick it up. The in store guys were great, we got there and it really was the year we needed. Thank you guys so much! My husband who's disabled wasn't having a easy time of being stuck on the side of the road nor my kids and fur baby! Between you, God and my dad that day we were able to make it all the way back to Oklahoma that night and not be stuck in Big Springs! Thank you guys so much for all your help and quick service!! My family appreciated being able to make it home!”
