Evan quickly located the issue which was an old service feed from the pole in the alley. Evan, in the rain, ran new cable from the pole in the alley to my house. He was expeditious with his service and more than happy to make my service what it was supposed to be even if it included extra work for him and being wet and miserable. Evan maintained an excellent disposition and was pleasant to be around. He restored my service which enabled me to get higher mbps than I ever had previously. I highly recommend him as a service technician if any problems arise with the Sparklight service!”
