“I've been a customer of AutoZone for many years, and of this particular store for the last 3. This past Friday, I had a situation in which the batteries (yes, plural) on my big dually pickup decided that they were done, and wanted nothing more to do with me. Problem was, this was not in front of AutoZone.I called my towing service company, you know, the one with three letters, to get battery service. After an hours wait, they called to tell me they were not going to service me today.I knew AutoZone did not do house calls, but I called them anyway out of desperation, since I was, fortunately, across the street.Amazingly, one of the managers came to my rescue, got the pickup started, and we managed to get it back to AutoZone to replace the worn-out batteries. (And that was another project in itself).I've never had a bad experience at AutoZone, but this experience was one of the best that I could hope for. Bridgeport AutoZone came through for me, when they could have easily and justifiably said no.Thank you, Bridgeport AutoZone!!!!”

“Great service! Needed some simple parts for my windshield washer hose repair job. I am new in town so i went to both the big name parts stores in town first, just because i was familiar with them. Neither store had the parts i needed and the staff was not helpful at either store. Headed over here to Bridgeport Automotive Supply and i am so glad i did!
