Luggage was lost during my trip. Arrived to my destination and came back, still no signs of my luggage. That's almost 2 weeks ago. Nobody seems to know nor respond to my calls.

Our bus driver crashed into a parked semi truck and then he fled the scene. We still haven’t been paid for the medical bills and it is very difficult to get in contact with them. Every phone call gets transferred and then it drops.
