“I tried to go back and edit my previous review of Christian Brothers but can't seem to find out how to get back there. So, I will add on to my previous review of 9/24/2023. I highly recommend them. After taking my car back a second third time this week because I could tell there was still an issue with the CV axles they replaced. I am familiar with doing mechanical repairs and have myself had issues with aftermarket parts. Some parts for my car are no longer available as Original equipment manufacture(OEM) as was the case with the CV joints for my vehicle. Aftermarket parts are sometimes not up to the standards of of OEM. As it turned out, they had to replace parts twice because of manufacturing incorrect tolerances on the parts they first installed. I know that there is no way they could have known this when the parts were first installed but it took me driving the car a few days after the follow up visits in order to feel that there was a problem. The problem seems to now be fixed. the employees at Christian Brothers went to great lengths and expense to insure the problem was fixed. Yes, sometimes these things happen and it inconveniences everyone. Unforseen problems occur. What stands out is how well this business persevered to do the right thing. I believe you can trust this company for your business. If the need arises, I this company will be at the top of my list to utilize. Additionally, the prices they charge are very reasonable for quality work and a good warrantee. About half to 5/8 the cost of a major car dealership in many cases. Their candor and forthcoming are greatly appreciated.”
