When they are staffed right it's lovely...But apparently you have to get someone on site on the phone or go inside in person to initiate a refill. Every time that I have called the 1800 walgreens number or used the website to refill my prescriptions the pharmacy claims they never received it.

Impossible to get through on phone. Tried to pick up this evening on drive through. Both lines backed up. Left after 10 minutes of no movement. Walgreens needs to add more staff or stop taking on more insurance clients. Obviously unable to handle volume. This is true of all Walgreens, not just this location.

I’ve tried to get a hold of the pharmacy 10 times and no one has answered my call. Horrible service. I recommend filling a prescription elsewhere
