“I’ve been taking my 14 year old dog Lucy to this office since I moved to Texas in 2019 and have never had a bad experience. Today I had an exceptional experience. Lucy had been having some gastrointestinal issues that have really concerned me. Even though the staff was overwhelmed with packed appointments after the holiday they got us in and did not rush us. Every staff member I encountered were calm and helpful. Especially the vet Bj Aigaki, DVM who was so patient and caring. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know and then some. I left feeling at ease with the plan she set up for Lucy.”
“I came here for ear cropping on a 10 week old Cane Corso puppy. They did a great job on one ear, but then cropped the second(his left) ear incorrectly. I had to go back for them to correct it. Its still a tad uneven but looks much better than before and the repair was free.
They also posted the ears, first time was free, after that each posting was about $30. He only needed 3 postings to make the ears stand. The cost for the ear cropping alone was about $700+”
“Took my dogs today for heartworm test and pills Can't say enough about how great this place is. Please always support this place with donations, a little or a lot, we need TCAP for our pets!”
“Gizmo decided he didn't like us giving him insulin shots so we took him in and everyone there was so kind. Gizmo got his shot and took it like a champ.
We know we are dealing with compassionate, caring, professionals.
We love V.E.T. Care!”
“I had a great experience with all three Vets with my Chico. I am glad they were there to help me with the care and passing of my 15 year young four paw family member. I recommend them to anyone who asks.”
“Not gonna lie I have avoided here because of a few bad reviews. Took my mare in for a scope today due to Alvarado not having one. Had the whole crew taking care of her and done in no time. Prices were very reasonable and I’m not sure how anyone could complain about service or prices here. Will go again for sure!”
“I recently lost my closest friend of 17 years to cancer. Needless to say, It rocked my world! The folks at Banfield mad it so much easier to say goodbye. I would absolutely recommend them for all your vet needs!”
“I am surprised I haven't already left a review here. One of the most top notch grooming services we have. The team is knowledgeable on thier craft and takes responsibility for your peta well being. We have huskies and the fur is an outrageous feat. We do have line of site for blowouts on a more regular basis. And it's cost effective. What a team, and the customer service is top notch. You can tell the team really cares for animals. No matter how nervous your pet is, they take on the responsibility for making them feel comfortable. True professionals.”

“This is the most amazing animal hospital. On Friday we sadly had to put our dog to sleep. The staff was so warm and caring. At one of the most difficult times in a pet owners life they we there for us. Then I received a sympathy card in the mail today. The amount of love we have been shown from you all is beyond belief. Thank you so much. 💖💖”
