My son came home from college over spring break and wanted to get his first felt Stetson. I called on a Saturday to ask about fitting him with a hat. Mr. Henry Potter answered and when asked how late he was open he told me but then added but if he needs to come late then that is ok. Wow! I forgot how awesome great customer service was as it is a rarity these days. My son went got a black Stetson and carried on the family tradition of firsts at Potter’s Western Store!
