It had a 10 year warranty so we called the store to inquire about the claim process. I was very pleasantly surprised with their response. They honored the warranty, the claim was filed and we selected a new mattress from the same store. Excellent service throughout. Would recommend Mattress Firm and this store in particular.”

I would definitely purchase from this store again. James took care of my purchase. He was very professional and straightforward. If you call ahead and just stay in contact with them they follow through with what they say. We changed our pickup time because we wanted to get it done earlier in the morning. James met us up there an hour before the store was supposed to open and helped me load my couches into the truck. Even had a little cardboard laying around to help put between the couch and the side of the truck to help protect the couch. Great guy. Great place.”

Weirs has always been great for us. It’s the perfect value-for-price formula. We have shopped at a number of their stores over the last 25 years as we have moved around the DFW area. “I originally intended to leave a review after purchasing my Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, as my experience at that time was very positive. The team was kind, professional, and worked with me to secure a great deal. However, after some time, my husband felt that mattress was too soft, so I returned and purchased a Purple Cool Touch Premier Soft mattress. At the time of purchase, I was aware there was a small rip in the mattress, and the price was adjusted accordingly. As many people know, it can take time to properly adjust to a new mattress, so I gave it a fair trial period. Unfortunately, this mattress has not worked well for me. I also discovered that it appears shorter than a standard queen once placed on my Tempur-Pedic adjustable base. While that alone wasn’t my primary concern, my overall experience has been physically problematic. Due to my medical condition, which includes a muscle disorder and heart-related flare-ups, proper support is critical. Since using this mattress, I have experienced multiple flare-ups, including one that required hospitalization. At this point, I am unable to sleep on the mattress and am currently sleeping on my sofa. I want to be clear that my previous experiences with this company were positive. The team has been professional, transparent, and accommodating in the past. For that reason, I am giving them the opportunity to address this situation before adjusting my rating further. I have already reached out and am currently awaiting a response. I also came across other reviews raising concerns about authenticity. I cannot speak to those claims; however, in my personal experience, the company has been upfront about product conditions and professional in their interactions. My rating reflects the current outcome of my second purchase—not the customer service I previously received. Given my history with this company, I do expect a good-faith effort to resolve this matter appropriately. I would still recommend this company based on my experiences; however, I strongly encourage customers to do thorough, detailed research and ensure the mattress they choose truly fits their needs. Even with in-store testing and prior research, a few minutes of trying a mattress does not always reflect how it will perform over time. If possible, I would also recommend confirming trial or exchange options in advance to ensure there is flexibility if the mattress does not work out long-term. I will be updating this review based on how this situation is handled.”

No-pressure sales technique, but informative and very personalized as he asked a few questions, listened closely and well and then made suggestions about various products in the store. We went in to get a lumbar support pillow for the car in preparation of a long road trip and wound up buying a power zero-gravity chair. Our original $60 purchase eventually found us spending nearly $5000. We are thrilled with the high-quality power leather massage zero-gravity chair we bought, and will likely return in the future for a Tempur-Pedicure mattress set”

“Great experience at the Southlake location! We upgraded from a P6 to a Comfort 360. Upon entry we were greeted by two lovely associates. Ayanna was very helpful and full of knowledge. She answered all our questions and even offered suggestions which increased our trust in purchasing the SmartBed. Delivery was scheduled within 48-72 which is awesome because we don't have to wait 2-3 weeks to sleep in comfort! Thanks to Ayanna, our overall experience an A+. Update: We purchased the bed on Tuesday, 6/9, and were told it would be delivered on Friday, 6/12. Just received a message today (Thursday 6/11) informing me that the bed would not be delivered as expected, and we will have to wait until 6/22 for delivery. I think it is a cunning plan from Sleep Number to tell customers an acceptable delivery date, and the once purchased, they call to tell you delivery will be two-three weeks out! Not acceptable!! Update 6/23: We have our bed!”

“Most amazing experience I’ve had in a very long time! Did not feel rushed or pressured at all and Meaghan answered ALL our questions! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all the sleep number and other bedding products, and let us lay on any bed we wanted to try! We were so impressed that we bought the bed, frame, pillows AND sheets set! We were going to buy the comforter, but they were all discontinued. I would DEFINITELY recommend this store, and when you go, ask for Meaghan and tell her the McGarrys sent you! You will NOT be disappointed!”
