“My husband is experiencing severe back problems and our foundation is not helping. Today I took my son with me to the Matress Firm Colleyville to investigate options. Daniel assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy.Initially we discussed just a foundation. Having had a tempurpedic bed for 20 years, Daniel suggested considering a new mattress, too. We looked at various options, including a traditional mattress. Daniel had a lot of insight and we spent an hour asking questions and getting various pricing options, including simply replacing the foundation and keeping our mattress.After an hour, we left and returned home to discuss possibilities with me husband. About two hours later, we returned with my husband and Daniel again spent an hour with us, answering many questions, offering insightful knowledge and multiple pricing options.Daniel had the opportunity to twice upsell me and another client. He didn't. He knew the value of listening to the client and selling the best product for the client.During these processes, the other salesperson, Roy, helped other clients and was just as knowledgeable and helpful with several other clients. Another woman came for the sole purpose of purchasing a foundation. He never tried to offer mattresses, pillows, etc. because she specifically indicated interest only in a foundation.We were so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of these men. If I were looking to purchase more beds, I would give them my business every time. If you are seeking a bed - mattresses, foundation, etc. - I would encourage everyone to visit this location to pick the brains of Daniel and Roy. Skip the big box stores. They don't have the knowledge and the deals.”

“More than happy with our experience. Was able to find exactly what we wanted. Name brand. And better price than sold at other furniture stores for the same piece of furniture. I would definitely purchase from this store again. James took care of my purchase. He was very professional and straightforward. If you call ahead and just stay in contact with them they follow through with what they say. We changed our pickup time because we wanted to get it done earlier in the morning. James met us up there an hour before the store was supposed to open and helped me load my couches into the truck. Even had a little cardboard laying around to help put between the couch and the side of the truck to help protect the couch. Great guy. Great place.”

“This is a long review. We were looking for a new pillow. When we went to the Lewisville Sleep Experts, Bella was so welcoming & friendly. She was extremely patient with my wife as she tried about 10 different pillows. Bella gave great advice & recommendations. Tim was also very nice & helpful as well. We decided to check around but a week later came back to the Lewisville Sleep Experts. Bella & Tim immediately recognized us ( which impressed us) & welcomed us back. Bella remembered the pillows my wife had like. Again, she took the time to patiently help my wife. When my wife decided on a pillow, Bella took the time to find one in stock at the Dallas location. She called that store & had them set it aside for us. Tim was again quite help & informative is suggesting a pillow cover. This is where Bella & Tim went way out of their way to help us & provide some of the best customer service we encountered. You see, when we got home from picking up the pillow at the Dallas location, it was obvious that the pillow was not new but used. It had hair on it & a stain. My wife immediately called Bella & explained everything. Bella & Tim were so upset & apologetic for what happened. Even though a pillow is considered a personal item & there are no returns or exchanges, Bella wanted to make it right. We went to the store the next day & showed Bella & Tim the pillow. They confirmed it was used. Bella then ordered us a new pillow at no cost that was delivered to our home a few days later. My wife loves it! Even though we only bought a small item, Bella & Tim gave us individual attention and went above & beyond to rectify a unfortunate situation. Because of their great customer service, we are now customers for life! When we are in the market for a new mattress, we know where we are going. We are going to see Bella & Tim at the Lewisville Sleep Experts!”

“Samantha was fantastic in answering all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I were obviously skeptical of finding such a good deal on a Tempurpedic mattress, but she assured me that they were able to sell them at they price they are, due to minor imperfections, such as a light tear in the plastic bag they come in. Which I could care less about, but if you are buying this a Tempurpedic from a retail supplier such as Mattress Firm, I completely understand that if you are dropping $5K on a mattress, you expect it to be in PERFECT condition. But, if you are like me and would rather buy a mattress over 50% off because you couldn't care less about a minor imperfect, then this is the place to go!Samantha was great at communicating during the entire process, and they were able to deliver from Houston to San Antonio the very next day. They also delivered the mattress within the exact time frame they provided, which I am also grateful for! Too many organizations can't execute their communicated time frames. Additionally, they give a 15 day trial period to return the mattress if you don't like it. All in all, they were cheaper than the other third party dealers I spoke with, and their delivery fee is cheaper than many of the major mattress stores. All in all, we pretty much got the white glove experience without paying the white glove price. Will definitely recommend them if you want a good deal and a great customer experience. I can't speak on their other items such as appliances, but for mattresses I am super impressed.”
