“Jarrod and his team are the BEST. Living in the country, I am endlessly needing tires checked for slow leaks…and it never fails, it always happens right when I’m trying to leave town…Jarrod’s shop is consistently full but they will always take a few minutes to check my tires for me. He’s our go-to guy for new tires as well, and for most other repairs. He’ll tell you how it is and he won’t charge more than what is reasonable and realistic. Not enough mechanics like that nowadays! Great place to do business ????”

“I’ve taken my Dodge Ram 3500 6.7 to another mechanic my family has been going to for years. They said my issue was fixed… it wasn’t. Went to Blades and they found the issue. Instead of $1200 labor and part replacement, they found the power wire was damaged. Repair saved me over $1000. HONEST people who say what they mean and stick to it. I had a similar issue after this, small basic scope of work. Took it back to first place (crazy I know, but I’m loyal and believe in second chances). Another issue with doing everything they’re supposed to do but didn’t…Blades took care of it and found more and not only gave me the option b4 fixing, but they had pics of the issue!! Needless to say, the first place FORCED me to go elsewhere, so I did and feel blessed I was led to Blades.”

“AMAZING SERVICE IN EVERY WAY! We were traveling, still 3 hours away from home, when we broke down just north of Corsicana. This all happened around 4:45pm on a Monday. I called about 10 different businesses and none of them offered much help being so late in the day. But Eagle Auto was different! They sent a tow truck to us immediately! And got us & our vehicle back on the road by 6:15pm! We thank everyone at Eagle Auto so much for going above & beyond and even staying late for us!”

“2022 is a time that lets Auto Dealers be as heavy handed, unresponsive, and deceptive as they chose to be. During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!”

“There are salespeople you buy a car from once… and then there are people like Tracy, who become the only person you ever want to buy from.
Our story with Tracy began in August 2024, just days after Matt and I got married. She helped us purchase our first Corvette together, and from that very first experience we knew she was special. She didn’t just make buying a car easy—she made it exciting, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable.
When Matt was ready for a new truck, there wasn’t even a conversation about where we were going. We went right back to Tracy.
Now, just in time for our second wedding anniversary, she helped us bring home our dream 2027 Corvette Stingray.
What Tracy couldn’t have known is just how much this Corvette means to me.
I was born in 1981, and one of my favorite family photos is of me as a baby sitting on my dad’s 1955 Corvette. He still owns that Corvette today, and it has always been my favorite car in the world.
Growing up, I looked at that picture countless times and listened to my dad’s stories about that car. So when I opened the door to our Corvette and saw the Adrenaline Red interior, I immediately thought of my dad’s.
Some people see a beautiful red interior. I see my childhood. I see my dad. I see a lifetime of memories.
That moment is something I’ll never forget.
Three vehicles later, our confidence in Tracy has only grown stronger.
She is kind, honest, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and genuinely cares about the people she helps. She never makes you feel pressured. Instead, she celebrates right alongside you, making every purchase feel personal and exciting.
I also want to recognize Ryan Hembd in finance. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, patient, thorough, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. Together, Ryan and Tracy created an experience that was seamless from start to finish.
In today’s world, exceptional customer service is rare.
People like Tracy are even rarer.

“Awesome folks. Pulled in sunday morning needing air pressure check in my rv. Owner/tech/manager all went way beyond. Found one of my inner tires at zero off the bead.
They jacked up my rv. Got the bead set verified no leaks set all other tires to proper air. Secured my beauty rings properly and then refused any payment. Needless to say i tipped and am now a customer for life. Great people treated a stranger like family. 100 stars”
“I went in on a very cold, very busy Monday afternoon, hoping it was just the battery that was giving out. I was told it would be a while before they could even test it. I was there for like maybe 7 minutes (no more than 10) when a young man by the name of Richard came out to test the battery. He said it was definitely the battery and even showed me the results. We'll, from the time I got there, to the time I left, I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Richard explained that he replaced it but I still needed a part that they don't carry. He said if I bought it from somewhere else, they would install it for me. He was incredible! Honest, SUPER efficient and very knowledgeable! I have been there a couple of other times for tires and other services, and he and the other employees have always been very helpful and friendly. I also love that I can keep track of all my car services in my Walmart App. It makes it easier to keep track of oil changes. Richard deserves an all expense paid vacation to the destination of his choice with his family. or a BIG promotion!”
