“I have been coming to Firestone for over 10 years across different locations in the Dallas area, and for the past five years at this specific location. I can honestly say that my experience with Store Manager Jack Vega has been the best I have had.
I am not a car expert, and in the past, I often felt like things were not fully explained to me. At times, it felt unclear or rushed, which made it hard to trust the process. However, Jack completely changed that experience.
He took the time to break everything down in a way I could actually understand. He explained in detail what could be going on with my car, what my options were, and what made the most sense moving forward. That level of clarity and patience is something I have not experienced before, even after many years as a customer.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just completing a transaction. If Firestone had more managers like him, I truly believe more customers would feel confident, respected, and continue coming back.
I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and effort he put into making sure I understood everything. Because of Jack, I will continue to come back to this location.”

“Visited the McCart Fort Worth location around 3:45pm. I was in and out in about 25mins. Clay was extremely honest and helpful with educating and advising on my brake/rotor issue. Although they didnt find a issue, I was well informed on what other parts could be the issue which they dont fix. I highly suggest if looking for a honest mechanic, this is the place. “Very nice people and respectful . I had bolt stuck in my tire and is about to get flat. They fixed it immediately in 5 minutes. The other tire shop before to it is 2 hour wait time. They also did not charge any money as generally people charge 20-30$ for flat tires. Highly recommended place”

“Great service and excellent customer care! They performed a full digital inspection of my vehicle at no cost, which I really appreciated. I had repaired my car, but the check engine light was still on for about three weeks afterward. During the inspection, the light somehow turned off on its own, even though no additional repairs were made. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire experience easy. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.”

“I arrived about 9:20ish am. There was no wait time. My vehicle was pulled right in for an oil change. I went inside and sat down. A few minutes later the nice lady came in holding up my dirty air filter asking if I wanted to replace it as it will allow the engine to breathe more if I replace it. I asked how much, she gave me a quote and I said yes!. Just a few minutes later the oil change was all done. I paid for the services, and the nice lady added the coupon offer that I mention (from their website). She was super friendly and professional. I give the Kwik Kar staff a thumbs up for friendly, quick, reliable, knowledgeable service (all of the good things). Thanks! Crowley appreciates you.”
