If I could rate it any lower I would. They lady that answers in the evening is just hateful.Tells me she has stuff to do and there is no one here and gets an attitude. Terrible facility. Should be shut down. My father was transferred here from Medical City due to COVID and put on a locked isolation unit. It was impossible to reach anyone to get updates. He declined significantly due to lack of care and is now in the ICU. Horrible patient care.

Very nice facility with kind staff. I was given a tour by one of the residents and n care there and was able to speak with several residents and staff. Very top notch.
