We have been long time Pei Wei customers in the Dallas and Houston area but the quality is just not what it used to be based on this experience. While we were getting our drinks the first dish had already come out. He had to wait until we got seated to know where to put it. It was the orange chicken which makes you wonder if it was already cooked before we ordered. Next, there were no forks. When I told attendant there were no forks he went to the back and brought one fork. I told him I needed three forks so he goes back for what seemed a long time and brought three forks. Keep in mind, the fork container is still empty for future customers. By this time all the meals were at the table, brought out one at a time and had cooled down by the time we got the forks. This put a damper on the whole meal. Food was average at best, not near as good as in the past. This place is very sloppily run and the people there just don't seem to care. When this location first opened, this was our go to place. We have been gone for better than five years so we could definitely see the turn around. Too bad for what used to be a great place. I think this is all people now have come to expect.

Consistently tasty. I was upset when I learn the old orange chicken was replaced, but if you do the Wei More Chicken and ask them to add spice... It'll do 😉

Typical Pei Wei food but friendly staff. The tables are well laid out but don't do near business lunch time unless you're early.

The cashier was super polite, looks like he was the only one working the front end and he did a great job!

Clean location with friendly staff. The parking is really tight during peak hours. I came to try their new orange chicken which was very good. Tasty but definitely not the portion I was expecting. Next time I will make sure to add extra chicken. Their chai tea is amazing, wish I could buy a gallon of it. Reasonably priced meal and drink for 2 for around $20.
