I definitely need to know what happened?!! I was still paying for my braces and was more than half way done. Now I can't do much! I need to get in touch with them about this because I can't just let my money go to waste and my treatment unfinished.

I'm waiting for 1,800 to be returned to me. It's almost two weeks that the doctor said they would refund me and since my daughter started treatment, everything was confusing ? if I get my money back I will withdraw the review, my experience in this place has been too stressful...the truth is I'm afraid of losing my money.

Great facility, the atmosphere was excellent, all of the staff members were extremely professional, I highly recommend coming here for all of your dental needs. I live in Plano TX and the drive is definitely worth it.
