The barbacoa is fire here. It’s delicious. Not many spots make really good barbacoa. This one does. The trompo was also really good. I’ve only been once but I’d definitely return.

Highly recommend their tres leches cake in a cup. Was very delicious. Also their tacos are very authentic with lots of flavor. It was clean, a bright atmosphere, and the staff was happy to help.

Trompo was born in a backyard in Oak Cliff. Five years later, we still love making ¡Tacos For The People! everyday in Dallas' Bishop Arts District.
