“Every time we've had to rent a car this place has come through.It's often a hassle to provide documents to rent a car but these rules are beyond the authority of the local office.The only negative is that the building is not equipped with a key return drop box for after-hours returns so if you don't return the vehicle on time, you'll be charged an additional day.I've heard complaints about this place but we've never experienced bad service because we've communicated with this local office before the rental day and we've never demanded immediate service because we were running late. Keep in mind, customers are attended on a first come (in building) basis so it might take time before you get your keys to the car.Yes, the business is understaffed especially on weekends when there are more customers but it's still good service.”
