I brought them my Audi wheel, which is definitely no easy task when it comes to getting it repaired and looking right again. They took their time, paid attention to the details, and got it looking absolutely perfect.
The quality of the work was top-notch, the staff was professional, and they clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to high-end wheels. You honestly can’t even tell the wheel was ever damaged.

The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! “My 2002 SC430 is not driven much at all but it had a lot of deferred maintenance. Roy and the Overseas team did a thorough assessment, provided pictures, and performed an extensive list repairs. The price was reasonable and the work was complete a day ahead of plan. Overall, it was an excellent experience!”

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

Upon entry everything was very clean and the women that work the front desk are very inviting, knowledgeable and respectful. This is important because they are the first interaction and set the tone for the business. They offered me refreshments and it was nice a cool in there. I got my emissions test done and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely come here in the future and will be reffering my friends to come here as well. Great experience!”
