She's warm and understanding, even during my first visit when I walked in completely run ragged from having dealt with a sick kid-- she gave me the kindness that I needed at that very moment when I was feeling my worst. She represents the pharmacy VERY well, and for that reason made me feel like a valued customer. “Love Kroger! This company is always great and their produce is always fresh. In California we go to their sister company named Ralph's but here in Texas the building is much bigger. Loved how every area had some sort of station set up. Bakery, butcher, cheese, wine, sushi, deli, and pharmacy. Lots of space throughout all the aisles. Plenty of parking and a gas station with rewards to get a discount. Prices are fair and similar to those in California. Recommended for your grocery needs.”

“This is our local grocery store and they do have the freshest fruits/ vegetables. The store is very clean and and 95% of employees are very nice and helpful however there is a manager in the meat department by the name Joe that is very unprofessional and always has an attitude about everything . I have had numerous interactions with him and every time is the same attitude to the point where i can't enjoy the rest of my shopping. It seems to me that the meat department has gone down hill. I use to deal with a young gentleman named Gavin i believe and he was always very helpful and never gave me an attitude like Joe does. I now skip the meat counter just so i don't have to deal with him. Other than that the store is very nice just stay away from Joe!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at Kroger today. Had to make a large a large run, both my Mother and I have not been able to shop for some time. After loading up I got into an open check out lane. I was so tired! I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago still week. A young man (Alexandra) jumped in and emptied my cart! I couldn't believe it! Between he and the cashier I was in/out with an order (over 200) in minutes ! What a treat! I could not have wished for better service at a time I really needed it. Both kids were sweet and friendly. Thank you!”

“This is hands down the best small pharmacy around! They take care of our family's prescriptions, including compounding our dog's medicine and one big reason why our dog's health has been improving. We drive over 40 minutes to get to them for our prescriptions, but it is absolutely worth the trip. They are always so very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend!”

“This place is always busy no matter what day of the week or what time. I like to grab a brisket here to make it home. The monsters and canned drinks in bulk come out so much cheaper than buying just the regular 12 pack. I like the free packed dinners like the pastas. While trying to lose weight we pick up the stuffed bell peppers quite a bit and they are very good. On the way out even when we're trying to lose weight we always end up grabbing a pizza slice or a hot dog because they are just so well priced.”

“I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough. The pharmacist is amazing - I wasn't able to make it until 10 minutes before closing, but called on the way to verify they had my prescription. I knew it was close to the end of the day, but I had another prescription there ready to be picked up anyway. So I get someone on the line, and she said yes we do have the medication (it had been on manufacturer backorder) but it's 10 minutes to close so you'll need to pick it up in the morning. I said sure, no problem, I will go ahead and pick up my other prescription today since I'm already in line at the drive thru.When I pulled up to the window maybe 5 minutes later, the pharmacist had also filled the other prescription that I was going to have to wait on. I didn't ask her to, and I wasn't the tiniest bit upset I would have to wait until the next day, but she filled it anyway and was just so kind when I pulled up to the window. Now that's great customer service!”

“I've normally never had any problems with this pharmacy, but one woman in particular has been an issue the past few months...she may be new. But three times she has failed to relay pertinent information concerning new medications and our insurance which has resulted in me phoning my doctor's office for no reason. As stated before, she may be new. Other than that I have been satisfied with the remaining staff and their professionalism.”

“I know everyone has their own experience and pharmacies are one of those places you either really hate them or really like them. Anything dealing with Healthcare is a multifaceted experience that requires some level of patience and understanding. Initially when this location opened there were some hiccups and the original pharmacist had some issues. However, the staff they have had for the last couple of years has been wonderful. Customer service has been exceptional and each person behind the counter remembers me by sight and is pleasant to speak with. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do what she can to assist and fix those frustrating doctor/insurance issues that occasionally happen. The pharmacist did a better job of administering a shot to my daughter than the pediatrician had! The pharmacist’s presence, how she handled herself, and how she administered the shot made it an experience that did not terrify my kiddo. That’s worth it to me! I would definitely recommend these guys.”

Most times I need a prescription, I call as I leave the pediatrician’s office in downtown Rockwall and 9 times out of 10, they have it ready by the time I arrive (about 10 min). They offer free curbside which is so convenient with littles in the car. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for a more efficient and helpful pharmacist!”
