The sales advisor at the cashier couldn’t read my coupon and he doesn’t care at all . I ask him, what we do know ? You guys sent me by email coupons and I can’t use it ? He didn’t care at all .

Bought an item offline. After 90 mins of assembling it I could not get the drawers to go in. They offered to take back the product however I said if they could get it to work I would like to keep it. That is what Brad and Brandon did. There help was much welcomed on an already stressful day.
