“Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and hard workers. Shout out to Kyric, a great go-getter!
You'll be hard pressed to find better customer service in this industry than here at Napa Fredericksburg.
Great parts, too!”
“I’m always had the best work done at Paul’s. He’s always been fair and it’s great seeing everybody out there knowing Paul for years will continue to keep giving them business.”
“Rodney went above and beyond with helping me. I came in looking for a battery for my wife’s car. He checked the battery and it was indeed going bad. He recognized it was one of their batteries but unfortunately they weren’t able to install the battery for me. He let me know who could do that for free here in town. He also mentioned to bring back the old battery after and they’ll see if it was still within warranty. I brought back the old battery and it was well within the warranty frame and I was issued a full refund. That act of sincerity secured a customer for life.”
“We were coming in from out of town and needed an adjustmentade to our trailer hitch from our travel trailer. We swung by the shop and they had us fixed up in no time. The employees were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. We were very thankful to find them and would recommend them to anyone!”
“We have had many instances of damage to our vehicles from deer and even livestock while living in Fredericksburg. Escamilla's has consistently provided excellent service, reliable work, and quality management. Tina is a gem. I wish we could clone her and place her in every business in town. Can’t say enough good about this place.”
“I recommend everything about this dealership. My car had seen better days. Andrew in Service had taken care of me previously with a tire replacement and had me in and out within a few hours. Also, after I made the decision to trade my car in, Rob, John & Ricky made my car buying purchase as seamless as possible and were so generous and kind throughout the whole process. I will be going back for years and referring anyone to them for their car buying needs! Thanks again guys, y'all were absolutely wonderful.”
“Beau helped us so much! Our fairly new battery died while visiting from Austin, he quickly diagnosed the issue and assisted us with replacing it. Thank you, Beau!”
“Had a great experience getting an oil change and my headlights restored! Dean was so helpful in choosing my oil & did not try to upsell unnecessary services. The whole team was super friendly and as a woman made the whole experience pleasant and easy!”

“Wonderful dealership! From buying new or used, getting oil change, getting your state inspection, and getting your car or pickup worked on, every experience is indeed the best. Every staff member is helpful, involved, and educational. I also needed help with my navigation system. Matt took the time to help me. He was the best! Thank-you so much.”
