“I want to thank the employees working last night. I had to do a last minute grocery trip. I got there right before closing. I accidentally left a couple bags behind by mistake while tending to my toddler. I tried calling, but it was past their closing hours. I for sure thought I'd lost my purchases, but this morning when I called they had them waiting for us. Thank you so much for always keeping it stocked. This is our favorite store and now to add on you have amazing workers who were able to check the register and find the items. It means a lot to me and my family.”

The owner of this store gracefully helped me yesterday get the password off of my account. He and his employee went over and beyond to help me. “I like to say I had great help in this store from a man named Erik. He was very respectful and humble. But there was a worker there one of the girls whos name starts with a C that was rude. My helper could not find a card reader so he goes into the back to find it. Soon after C comes to our table and drops it off. She walks off and I ask her "Hey he just went in to look for it and he is probably still looking for it. Can you get him." So instead she send him a text message. So after waiting a bit I ask my nephew to go and knock on the door to tell him. Then she come finally comes to tell him but she was rude the way she talked. She definitely had the vibe of not caring. Maybe she forgot that just because the customer isn't talking with her doesn't mean her professionalism should go away.”

“First, I had a hard time finding this store as the parking lot was empty and the sight of abandoned offices seemed to cluster together.. Inside the store the floors need some serious TLC or maybe Glu and a mop...lol... The gentleman working tonight was nothing short of professional and helpful as he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me the service I so badly needed... “Totally surprised with the last two visits to Bestbuy. After I bought my phone from Apple; I took it to Bestbuy and asked Geeksquad to put the best protections on it so that I wouldn’t break a screen. … twice- i have dropped my phone - and the protector has broken but not the screen- the protector has a lifetime guarantee. Twice- the geeksquad has pulled the protector and replaced it under warranty- no questions asked other than phone number to log the transaction. I’m quite likely to buy the protections for every phone going forward, if not the devices also from BestBuy simply for how great these last two interactions have been. Well done BestBuy.”
