I love shopping at JCPenny. They have a great variety of brands to choose from. I usually find an item or two on the clearance rack. The store is undergoing a remodel, so it was a little difficult to maneuver around.

There is just not enough staff here. There were some okay prices, but the staff was slow and few. They did try hard to please customers, but the checkout process was slower than the shopping experience. I literally sat in a line for over an hour to return my items.

There is a larger selection of womens dresses to choose from at this location in comparison to the store that I have visited in Pearland during the past month. The store is nice and clean. It was well organized, and I enjoyed my visit!
