Brand new home under construction. Broken window, and no way to contact elevate or the distributor we got the windows from. He is ignoring us, and elevate has no way of contacting them directly neither…. Very frustrating

Bought brand new windows from this company for a new home build and we had a freeze in Oklahoma that cracked a window. Nothing more than cold weather. Terrible windows.
