Since Dr Ferris and his nurse Kelly left the customer service level has fallen along with qualified nurses. Shame a once excellent medical officer reduced to acting like a McDonalds. Just a note Dr Ferris replacement is a OD to me not a real doctor. Sad leaving after 30 years with doctor Ferris. Bye bye

New patient, no insurance, called to schedule and get pricing but was lost on hold for over 15 min and called back twice just to find out they "Have no idea how much it will cost." Wasting my time but not my time but not my money here.

Office staff horribly disorganized. Twice I have shown up for an appointment only to find out it is either not on the schedule or it moved. Moving to another doctor.
