“We loved our experience with AEHNT. I am a full-time petsitter, and had a dog show the beginning phases of a bloat/GDV episode. The staff was so amazing and didn't treat me like I was crazy with the symptoms that I presented to them.
The dog I brought is a protection dog who hates the vet. They provided me a muzzle to put on him in the car. Then they were so respectful of him, his space, and his boundaries. They didn't show fear or anxiety towards him.
They were sure to do thorough testing and reassured me that all was ok. They helped me to make informed decisions for my client.

“We just started using Timberline Vet last year after moving to the area and chose them hoping they would be a good fit with our very anxious dog. He did extraordinarily well with them after having several bad vet experiences in the past and needing to be on medication to handle going to the vet. We recently had to make the heart wrenching decision to say goodbye to our dog after a mast cell tumor diagnosis and I am beyond thankful for how well Dr.Mindy and Dr. John handled it and took care of our family. They thoroughly explained the diagnosis, our treatment options, and took their time answering the many questions I had. Dr. Mindy asked me to tell the story of how we chose our dog as a puppy and just went above and beyond to make sure I knew I was okay with my decision. They made such a hard day go so smoothly and my husband and I were so thankful for how they handled the actual procedure and gave us time to grieve. They are truly outstanding doctors with an equally wonderful staff who truly care about their patients and the families they serve. We are so glad to be able to trust them with the care of our pets.”
“My 16 month old dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur at a pre surgical exam at the surgical specialty in Grapevine, I was given a referral and set up an exam with Dr Bennie at MedVet which is in the same complex of buildings. It took about 3 weeks before she could be seen, but my dog was not symptomatic in any way. Dr Bennie is a wonderful specialist in all senses of the word. I was so comfortable with her immediately. She gave clearance for the surgery and it all went smoothly. I still go back annually for rechecks out of an abundance of caution. My young dog is in good health and happy. I consider the annual check ups regarding her heart to be money well spent. Thanks to all the staff at MedVet!”
