They answer questions in a timely manner and always refer to you pet as your baby or me as the "mom". Makes you feel like they really care about your fur baby! Clean facilities. Very patient staff as I watch them interact with other pets in the waiting area.”

She is so sweet and had answers to all our questions. The rest of the staff here is also wonderful and they actually care! It’s our first time switching from Banfield to a city vet and we don’t regret it one bit. What an office full of sweet and nurturing people!”

“The staff is genuinely interested in giving your pet the best care possible. Everyone seems very honest and trustworthy. Our Callie has a heart valve condition that could have shortened her life. Thanks to the MedVet team, she has stayed with us for over two years now and still has a quality of life as she ages. She will be 17 in January 2025 and we are looking forward to celebrating her birthday once more. Yes, it is an expensive journey, but we signed up for the full-ride the day we brought her home as a pup. We were greeted at the door and came to meet my dog (Jack) right away. They clearly love animals and want to help.
