The staff are very intuitive with him, I can tell the great chemistry. Also a few months back, I need to get a last minute vaccine and they said just bring our dog in without an appointment and the tech gave it too him with no problem. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would bring him everyday to pop and just say. Hi. From the technicians to the Docs, this place is absolutely the best vet from Chicago to Texas. “We bought a house in large part to have dogs. The house we bought was just down the street from Lewisville North Animal Clinic. But, before we went I asked all my neighbors, that had animals, who they used. ALL used them. And not just because they were literally within walking distance. I wish my physician and dentist were as on the spot about answering calls and making appointments!!!!! I get so angry when a call goes immediately to answering devices, only to be called WHO KNOWS WHEN. Not here. The friendliness of the staff, and vets contribute to a relaxed visit. The last of Feb our dog NYX figured out how to open the front door and took off down the road where he was hit by a car. I really thought we might have to end his life but the Vets there helped by making his operation affordable to us and did what they could to repair his fractured bone and lacerations. Our multiple visits since to check on the progress has only enforced how wonderful these folks are and how MUCH they truly care for your animals. I think Nyx knows as well. Our first visit, before the accident, I had to drag him in. He did NOT like the smell of a Vet office. Now he cannot wait to go in. The same with our other dog Ishtar. She must be restrained with effort to keep her from wanting to go in the office and greet them all. Nyx is almost out of his splint and we are thankful every day for not only the great work done, the time given for explanations of what it being done, how to help with his healing, the affordability for the treatment, and how well they treat our beloved dogs. I do not know how it could be better.”

“Took my cat (who hadn’t gotten her shots in a while) to see Dr. Galat today, he and the technician Mandy were amazing with my fur baby. Giving her treats and letting her hide under a towel while she got her vaccines as she is a very nervous cat around new environments. Some vets usually use the same vaccines for cats as they use for dogs but they let me know they use vaccines specifically for cats which was a big relief for me! I was nervous to go as I’ve never been here before but as soon as I met the doctor and technician I was instantly comfortable with them taking care of my cat. They as well gave me recommendations for any concerns I had! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I have gone to Dr. Matt Morrison for many years. I trust his skills. He is also compassionate and funny. He explains things well. He has seen me through several Samoyeds and Pugs. His staff is excellent...very low turnover. When you call, they know you..and your pet.July 29, 2023. I had a wonderful, though sad, experience at Riverchase Animal Hospital. My sweet 13 year old Samoyed, Blitz, had to be euthanized, a horrible decision almost all of us have to make, in order to keep our pets from pain. For 20 years I have found Dr. Morrison to be extremely knowledgeable and with first rate veterinary skills. The compassion we experienced on that difficult day, through the entire staff and the techs touched us greatly. Though Dr. Morrison is retiring soon, I believe Riverchase is in excellent hands with Dr. Dees-Atkinson. She cared for Blitz the last couple of weeks of his life and even emailed me with assistance on her days off! Blitz loved to go to the vet as she patted him (a lot!). To finish the story, we received flowers from Riverchase the next day. I could not recommend a clinic more highly to those neighbors in Coppell.”
