Room had several issues, only one was addressed. That was a missing tv remote. Icemaker was broken, as well as microwave light. Also, whenever someone used the outdoor firepit the smell would come into the room, making breathing difficult. Desk said they couldn't do anything.

I think our particular room had a plumbing issue so there was a smell. Overall very clean hotel with amazing staff !! Would stay again !!
