My daughter (7 years old) wanted to try taekwondo. Tiger-Rock has made it very easy for her to pick up on skills and she absolutely loves it! The instructors are wonderful and are very skilled. It is also nice that classes offered throughout the week, so we are able to have a flexible schedule. I highly recommend this place!

Great extracurricular activity for kids (or adults. There are adult classes too!). It is family owned and run. Your kids will learn discipline. They also have an after school program for elementary aged kids. Our experience there has been great.
