“I hit a deer on the right side of my bumper. I took my truck to All Star Collision Center and met with Joel. From the beginning to the end of the repair process Joel kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He went above and beyond! He even delivered my truck since I live just down the road so my wife wouldn't have to take off from work to take me to pick it up. Also the body technicians did an OUTSTANDING job on the repairs. They even detailed my truck for me! “If you are looking for an amazing dealership experience, this is the place!!!! Our Corvette Group (22 cars) departed Dallas on our way to Beaumont for a car show during Hurricane Delta. On our way there I had smoke coming out of my car from a previous oil change performed at another dealership in Grapevine, TX earlier that week. The smoke was noticed by other cars while on the caravan, at one of our comfort stops it was determined that my car was overfilled with oil and needed to be drained. We called the nearest dealership for help and Bacon Auto Country jumped into action. They took me in right away(no wait) and took care of my problem right away. We had half of the group fall behind with me for safety on our trip and the guys at the dealership were very friendly and appreciative we were there. After they completed the work I approached Mr. David Brown who did not charge me for the oil change and wished me a great trip. I was blown away!!!!! WOW!!! These guys are honest, friendly, thoughtful and just flat out someone I want to do business with ( and so should you). Thank you Mr. Brown and your staff for taking care of my car and getting me down to Beaumont where I won 2 trophies at the car show YOU GUYS ROCK!”

“I haven't lived in Texas since 2005, but when I used to live there I did business with Bill Day Tire. I bought the chrome rims for my pickup truck there.So, when my father got a nail on his tire in 2004, I told him to go there. They fixed it for free. Their reasoning: "Someday you'll buy a set of tires from us."That still holds true to this day. On September 16 we were in Jacksonville, Texas and we had a nail in our tire. We went to Bill Day Tire and asked them to fix it. They did it in 15 minutes. When we asked "How much?" they told us nothing.That is how you earn and keep customers.”
