“I kook my work truck in for an alignment. This was the first time I've used Bobby's. My work truck takes a beating running lease roads constantly. I knew had something wrong. Within a few minutes the technician took me into the shop and showed me my lower ball joint that was out. They repaired and had me back going within a coupe of hours with my alignment done. Everyone was professional and courteous. I absolutely will be back.”

We've had several situations where their repair fixed an issue at a much lower price point than other solutions suggested elsewhere, and nothing they've done for us has needed to be re-done. “The local Auto Zone folks recommended “Smiley’s” Auto Clinic for a fan belt replacement, our current one was slowly shredding away “rib” by “rib”. We drove up unannounced and found George hip deep under the hood of another job. He popped out to see what we needed and immediately interrupted the prior task and replaced our shredding belt. Very friendly and quick service, he will get our return business absolutely! And the price was definitely a plus…$40 for a half hours work! That’s better than most mechanics shops with their $200/hr. shop rates.”

“Bacon Auto Country has a lifetime customer in us. We purchased our new Tahoe from Bryson at the Jacksonville location and couldn’t have felt in better hands anywhere else. Good ole down home hospitality and HONESTY every step of the way. We didn’t only purchase it, but actually went through the ordering process with Bryson. Timing couldn’t have been more perfect when we asked him about how that works and the next day, bam, he’s got an allocation for the specific trim we wanted. He was on top of everything, and bless him, answering any little question I had along the way. Even down to wanting to powder coat the stock rims once it came in before we went to pick it up. As soon as the Tahoe was delivered from the factory, he had it in the wheel shop getting it done so when we picked it up, it was done and ready to go. Who does that for you?!! Bacon Auto Country. Once we were there, and picking up a vehicle we didn’t know how to work all the fancy features, Bryson and Baine both gave us a run down in it and test drive. Process was smooth, honesty was unmatched, and would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat with them! Well Worth our drive out to them!”
